100% Gaglioppo Rosato from Cirò, Calabria’s most well-known region. Pale copper-colored but with deeper notes of Marasca cherry and savory on the palate as well as a hint of lavender. Fabled locally to be a descendent of Krimisa, a celebration wine drunk by Calabrian athletes in early Olympiads, it's quite food-friendly, with a mouthwatering combination of freshness, salty tang, bright fruit and red flowers.
