Pastoris La Norezza Erbaluce di Caluso 2021

The wine delivers varietal nuances of white acacia flowers, wildflower honey, and cooling, flinty mineral notes, though Eugenio's style offers something more round than sharp on the acid front, pocked with a definable saltiness, which he attributes to the higher quartz content in his soils. White nectarine, white peach, dragon fruit, and Bosc pear emerge from a steady, controlled flow of electricity across the palate.
