Malibran Sottoriva Col Fondo Prosecco 2020

Old-school Prosecco right here, fermented in bottle with its spent yeast left in place (col fondo = sur lie), lending texture, warmth, and a gentle cloudiness to this very pretty bottle of extra brut bubbles. Floral hints of acacia and rose linger alongside tart citrus, green apple, and white peach.
