We’ve tasted it\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan class=\"moreText\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003ewith around 8-10 years of age, and it reminds us for all the world of great, mature Vosne-Romanée or Nuits-Saint-Georges. Fermented and aged for at least one year in a mix of concrete tanks and neutral barrels; another year in bottle.
